Construction Materials

Producers of cement, aggregates, concrete, bricks and other bulk building materials, including the large multinational cement and building-materials groups and the regional and national producers that supply a single country or region's construction industry. This group is kept apart from Metals and Mining, reserved for companies that mine or process metal ore rather than quarry or manufacture a building material, even where, as with a handful of historic industrial groups gathered here, the same company's history also touches metals or ceramics.
