Amrize

Amrize is a building solutions supplier serving the North American construction market, formed through Holcim's spin-off of its North America business. Operating a distribution network of more than 1,000 sites across every U.S. state and Canadian province, it serves infrastructure, commercial and residential construction markets, from new builds to repair and refurbishment, offering solutions from foundation to rooftop. The company employed about 19,000 people and generated $11.7 billion in revenue in 2024, and began independent trading on June 23, 2025 under the ticker AMRZ on the New York Stock Exchange and the SIX Swiss Exchange, with each Holcim shareholder receiving one Amrize share for every Holcim share held as of June 20, 2025.
