Heidelberg Materials

Heidelberg Materials is a German multinational building materials company headquartered in Heidelberg, formerly known as HeidelbergCement AG before rebranding in September 2022. A DAX corporation and one of the world's largest building materials companies, it completed the acquisition of a 45 percent shareholding in Italcementi in 2016, making it the number one producer of construction aggregates, the second largest in cement and the third largest in ready mixed concrete worldwide, and it was ranked 678th largest public company in the world in the 2020 Forbes Global 2000.
