This third-level group collects the Middle East and Africa members of Publishing and News Agencies in the Rest of the World: state and independent national news agencies across the Arab world, Iran, Turkey, the Kurdish region and sub-Saharan Africa, a very large real-world population reflected in how many small national news agencies this member list includes, most of them a single country's own official state wire service founded soon after that country's independence.
