Hirondelle News Agency is a news agency based in Arusha, Tanzania, operating alongside the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda to cover its judicial proceedings related to the 1994 genocide for local audiences. Part of the Fondation Hirondelle, which supports independent media in conflict and crisis zones, it has maintained projects in six African countries: the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan, the Central African Republic, Mali, Guinea, and Tunisia.
