Residential REITs

This group collects Real Estate sector members organized as real estate investment trusts, or functionally equivalent residential property investment companies, that own and lease apartment communities, single-family rental homes, manufactured housing communities or other residential property, including several large German and other European residential landlords structured as public companies rather than the American REIT form specifically. This group is kept apart from Real Estate Management and Development, reserved for a company that develops or manages residential property for others rather than owning it as an income-producing investment portfolio.
