Irish Residential Properties REIT

Irish Residential Properties REIT plc, known as IRES, is a multi-unit residential letting company and real estate investment trust focused on the Dublin property market and other Irish urban centres. Founded in April 2014 and headquartered in Dublin, the company trades on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange and is Ireland's largest private landlord, managing more than 3,884 residential units as of January 2020. It was initially funded by the Canadian company CAPREIT before internalising its own management structure in January 2022.
