This child group collects European Railroads members headquartered or based in Poland, spanning the national holding company (Polish State Railways, known as PKP) and its passenger and freight subsidiaries (PKP Intercity, PKP Cargo), a present day freight operator formed from a former oil-refinery rail division (Orlen Rail), and two historic narrow gauge and Prussian-era lines now within Polish borders (the Elk Narrow-gauge Railway in the Masurian region, the Eulengebirgsbahn, a former Prussian company whose line runs through what is now Poland). At 6 members it is well under this atlas's oversized-group threshold and needs no further split.
