The William Ulmer Brewery was a lager brewing company in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, founded in 1871 by William Ulmer and Anton Vigelius as the Vigelius and Ulmer Continental Lagerbier Brewery. The company built its four-building industrial complex at 31 Belvidere Street between 1871 and 1890 and operated as a commercial brewery until Prohibition forced its closure in 1920. The surviving buildings were later used for light manufacturing, were designated a New York City landmark in 2010, and were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in February 2024.
