Small Town Brewery was a brewing company based in Wauconda, Illinois, founded in 2010 and best known for creating the Not Your Father's line of flavored beers. The company ceased operating as an independent business in 2019; its founder, Tim Kovac, went on to open a separate business, the Spirit Water taproom in Cary, Illinois, the same year.
