Mondelez International, Inc. is an American multinational snack and food company headquartered in Chicago, formed in 2012 when Kraft Foods Inc. split off its global snacks business under the new Mondelez International name, while its North American grocery business retained the Kraft name and later became part of Kraft Heinz. It owns major snack and confectionery brands including Cadbury, Oreo, Toblerone and Milka, and is one of the largest snack food companies in the world.
