Miller Brewing Company is an American brewery founded in 1855 by Frederick Miller in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, producer of beer brands including Miller Lite, Miller High Life and Milwaukee's Best. Ownership passed out of the Miller family in 1966 to W. R. Grace and Company, then to Philip Morris in 1969, then combined with South African Breweries in 2002 to form SABMiller; since October 11, 2016 it has operated as a subsidiary of Molson Coors, which gained full United States ownership when SABMiller itself was absorbed into Anheuser-Busch InBev. The brewery continues to operate at its original Milwaukee complex.
