Langbar International is a limited company that was listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange as Crown Corporation Limited in 2003 before being renamed Langbar International Limited in 2005, and it became the biggest share fraud on the AIM to date. Crown Corporation had claimed assets it did not possess in what was later described as a pump and dump fraud, and it was investigated by the Serious Fraud Office, the City of London Police, and the Accountancy Investigation and Disciplinary Board, along with numerous civil actions in the High Court.
