Higsons Brewery was a brewery founded in 1780 in Liverpool, England, originally located at 64 Dale Street, that brewed beer and operated public houses across the region, expanding through acquisitions in the 1920s. Boddingtons purchased the brewery in 1985 and ceased brewing there in 1989; Boddingtons' brewing division was then sold to Whitbread in 1990, which closed the Higsons Stanhope brewery. The brand was revived in the 21st century, with the H1780 Tap and Still brewery, distillery and visitor venue opening in Liverpool in December 2017.
