The Dubuque Star Brewery was a brewery founded in 1898 by Joseph Rhomberg at 500 East Fifth Street in Dubuque, Iowa, just north of the Ice Harbor. It manufactured Dubuque Star beer until Prohibition forced its closure, then resumed operations after Prohibition's repeal in 1933. The Romanesque-style building, designed by Fred Rautert and completed in 1899, is no longer an active brewery and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.
