The Copper River and Northwestern Railway was an Alaskan railway company made up of two lines, the Copper River line and the Northwestern line, built from Cordova starting in 1906 after Michael James Heney secured the right of way up the Copper River in 1904. Both lines were later abandoned, and little of the railway survives beyond a single locomotive that has been considered for a memorial site in Cordova.
