Mike Mohan

Michael Mohan, known as Mike Mohan, is a retail executive who was named interim chief executive officer of Petco Health and Wellness Company on 13 March 2024, replacing Ron Coughlin, who stepped down as chief executive, chairman and board member while the board searched for a permanent chief executive. Mohan had served on the Petco board since March 2021 and as lead independent director since July 2021, and he stepped down from the board's audit committee and from the lead director role when he took the interim post. He is the former president and chief operating officer of Best Buy Co., Inc., where he was responsible for global operations including sales, merchandising, marketing, supply chain management, services and new business initiatives across more than 1,000 stores and online channels worldwide.
