The Passumpsic Railroad is a short railroad in Barnet, Vermont, south of St. Johnsbury along Route 5, owned by Marvin Kendall and built to serve the Phenix Marble Company. It runs a two truck Heisler geared steam locomotive named Phenix Marble Company No. 1, described in its own record as the only operable steam locomotive in Vermont.
