The Chemin de fer Chatel-St-Denis-Bulle-Montbovon was a metre-gauge railway company in the Gruyere region of Switzerland that built its line in stages from Chatel-Saint-Denis through Vuadens and Bulle and La Tour-de-Treme to Montbovon, completing the route by 1904. At its Chatel-Saint-Denis end the line formed an end-on junction with the separate Chemin de fer Chatel-St-Denis-Palezieux, connecting it into the wider regional network. Before its first section opened the company was already renamed Chemins de fer electriques de la Gruyere, reflecting an early move to electric operation, and Wikipedia records it today only as a defunct Swiss railway company, without giving specific closure or merger dates.
