The Erzgebirgsbahn, sometimes abbreviated EGB, is a German railway company and a RegioNetz subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn. It operates regional rail services in the Ore Mountains region of southern Saxony, near the towns of Chemnitz and Zwickau, is headquartered in Chemnitz, and runs a network of 217 kilometers across 68 stations, employing 252 people and carrying about 5,200 daily passengers as of 2017.
