This second-level group collects the members of the Financial Exchanges and Data group whose headquarters lies outside the United States, its single largest regional share: stock and derivatives exchanges, payment networks and financial data and ratings companies headquartered across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and the rest of the world, reflecting how many countries operate their own national exchange or payments infrastructure company.
