Deutsche Borse AG, or the Deutsche Borse Group, is a German multinational corporation that operates a marketplace for organizing the trading of shares and other securities and provides transaction services giving companies and investors access to global capital markets. Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Frankfurt, it is the third largest stock market in Europe by market capitalization, after Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange.
