Its flagship location, the Redhook Brewlab, is in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, and the brewery produces various beer styles including its signature Redhook ESB, distributed across the United States through wholesale networks and partnerships with major beverage companies; as of August 2023 the company is owned by Tilray.
