The Quinnipiac Brewery, also known as Brewery Square, was a lager brewery founded in 1882 by Peter Schleipmann and William Spittler in the Fair Haven neighborhood of New Haven, Connecticut. It added a bottling plant in 1916, expanded through the mid-1910s, and closed with the start of Prohibition in 1919; the site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
