Avery Brewing Company is a regional brewery in Boulder, Colorado, founded in 1993. It brews year round and seasonal beers, including its White Rascal Belgian style witbier, which won recognition at brewing competitions such as the 2015 Great American Beer Festival. Spain's Mahou-San Miguel Group acquired a 30 percent stake in the brewery in 2017, and in 2019 Avery sold a further 40 percent stake to Mahou-San Miguel Group and Founders Brewing Company.
