Tallgrass Brewing Company was a craft brewery in Manhattan, Kansas, founded in 2006 by Jeff Gill, a former geologist turned homebrewer. It grew into the largest brewery in Kansas, distributing beer across 18 states, before shutting down operations in 2018. Wichita Brewing Company later took over a licensing agreement in 2020 to keep producing select Tallgrass beers.
