Flounder Brewing Company is a microbrewery in Hillsborough, New Jersey, that grew out of founder Jeremy Lees's homebrewing hobby into a family-run business, opening to the public in October 2013 and relocating in June 2021 to a renovated property with historic barns. The nano-scale brewery produces craft beers including its signature Hill Street Honey Ale, an unfiltered American pale ale, and Murky Brown, selling through on-site sales, tours and festivals.
