FIFCO USA is an American brewing company headquartered in Rochester, New York, founded in 2009 as North American Breweries by the investment firm KPS Capital Partners, bringing together brewery acquisitions including Genesee Brewing Company, Pyramid and Magic Hat. It has been owned by the Costa Rican food and beverage company Florida Ice & Farm Co., known as FIFCO, since December 2012, and adopted its current name in 2018, operating as a private company with subsidiaries producing and distributing beer brands across North America.
