Frankenmuth Brewery is a brewery and restaurant in Frankenmuth, Michigan, originally established in 1862 by Martin Heubisch and Wilhelm Knaust and one of the oldest breweries in Michigan. The business changed hands multiple times and was severely damaged by an F3 tornado in 1996; it closed in 2003 and reopened the same year with an expanded restaurant, then closed and reopened again in 2009 under new ownership by Anmar and Haithem Sarafa.
