Burger Brewing Company

The Burger Brewing Company was an American brewery in Cincinnati, Ohio, founded in 1883 and, through the 1960s, one of the city's staple breweries, known for its association with the Cincinnati Reds and broadcaster Waite Hoyt's on-air marketing. Its assets were sold to the Hudepohl Brewing Company in 1973 for 650,000 dollars, and the Burger brands were later acquired by the Christian Moerlein Brewing Company, which relaunched Burger Classic and Burger Light in 2009, brewed under contract by the Latrobe Brewing Company as of 2020.
