A. Gettelman Brewing Company

The A. Gettelman Brewing Company was an American brewery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tracing its roots to 1856 as George Schweickhart's Menomonee Brewery and operating under the Gettelman name until the Miller Brewing Company bought it in 1961. It was the smallest of Milwaukee's Big Five breweries alongside Schlitz, Pabst, Miller and Blatz, and Miller continued producing Milwaukee's Best under the Gettelman brand; the original brewery building was demolished by MillerCoors in 2018, though an 1856 house on the site was preserved.
