Noodles & Company is an American fast casual restaurant chain serving international and American noodle dishes, soups and salads, founded in 1995 in the Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, by former Pepsi marketing executive Aaron Kennedy. The company is headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, and trades on Nasdaq under the symbol NDLS after going public in 2013, when its stock price doubled on its first trading day. By mid 2022 it operated 458 locations across 31 states and reported 457 million dollars in revenue in 2017.
