Wingstop is an American international fast food chain specializing in buffalo style chicken wings, founded in Garland, Texas in 1994 by Antonio Swad and Bernadette Fiaschetti, with its restaurants styled around a 1930s and 1940s pre-jet aviation theme. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the chain began franchising in 1997 and has grown to more than 3,000 restaurants across over 19 countries. Wingstop went public in 2015, trades on the Nasdaq exchange, and in 2021 introduced ThighStop, a digital only concept selling chicken thighs.
