The J. M. Smucker Company is an American manufacturer of food and beverage products headquartered in Orrville, Ohio, founded in 1897 by Jerome Monroe Smucker as an apple butter producer. Its brand portfolio has grown to include Smucker's preserves, Jif peanut butter, Folgers coffee, and, following a 2023 acquisition, Hostess Brands snack cakes.
