Stuttgarter Hofbrau is a German brewery in Stuttgart, founded in 1872, producing pilsners, shandies, wheat beers, seasonal beers and specialty flip-top varieties bottled in glass. It operates as a limited partnership with 242 employees and is owned by the Radeberger Group, itself a subsidiary of Dr. Oetker. Its beer is considered the traditional beer of Stuttgart and is one of three brands served at the Cannstatter Volksfest.
