Roshen Confectionery Corporation is a Ukrainian confectionery manufacturing group with facilities in the Ukrainian cities of Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Ivankiv and Kremenchuk, as well as Budapest in Hungary and Klaipeda in Lithuania. Its name derives from the surname of its former owner, Petro Poroshenko, who was president of Ukraine from 2014 to 2019. In 2012 it ranked 18th in the Candy Industry Top 100 list of the largest confectionery companies, with annual production of 410,000 tonnes. It exports widely across Europe, Central Asia, the Caucasus, North America and Israel. Russia, which supplied about 40 percent of its gross revenue, stopped importing from the company in July 2013, and Candy Industry placed it 24th in 2017 with estimated revenue of 800 million dollars.
