Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is an American biotechnology company headquartered in Tarrytown, New York, founded in 1988 by physician-scientist Leonard S. Schleifer and researcher George D. Yancopoulos. It develops and manufactures medicines derived from its own antibody-discovery technology, including the eye disease treatment Eylea and the immunology drug Dupixent, and grew into one of the leading biotechnology companies in the United States.
