The Pennsylvania Company was a major American railroad holding company that included the Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne and Chicago Railway, the Pennsylvania Railroad's main route to Chicago. Together with the Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railroad and the Vandalia Railroad, its three constituent railroads were branded by the Pennsylvania Railroad as the Pennsylvania Lines West of Pittsburgh, and all of its lines west merged into the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1921.
