The Oklahoma City-Ada-Atoka Railway, known as the OCAA, was formed from trackage running from Oklahoma City to Atoka via Shawnee, Ada and Coalgate, Oklahoma, built between 1882 and the early 1900s by the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad (Katy) and its affiliates. Excluded from the Katy's 1923 reorganization, the company was instead sold to the Muskogee Company in 1929, becoming one of the Muskogee Roads.
