The New York, Newfoundland and London Telegraph Company was a company formed in 1852 as part of a series of conglomerations of companies working to lay the first transatlantic telegraph cable. It was based in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, and built submarine cable infrastructure intended to connect North America and Europe. The company is now defunct.
