Diversified Telecommunication Services

This group collects Communication Services members whose core business is fixed-line, integrated or alternative telecommunications: national incumbent and alternative carriers, internet service providers of every era from the 1990s dial-up pioneers to today's fiber and broadband operators, and telegraph-era predecessors of the modern telecommunications industry. It is kept apart from Wireless Telecommunication Services, reserved for a company whose business is specifically mobile and cellular, and from Cable and Satellite, reserved for a company whose business is specifically television distribution over cable or satellite rather than general telecommunications.
