Mini Hollywood

Mini Hollywood, now officially named Oasys, is a Western-styled former film set turned theme park near Tabernas in Almería province, Andalusia, Spain. Originally built as Yucca City by designer Carlo Simi for Sergio Leone's 1965 film For a Few Dollars More, it was also used for The Good, the Bad and the Ugly in 1966 and Buddy Goes West in 1981. After the filming of The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, extras who had worked on the production bought the set and began operating it as a tourist attraction, and it was later acquired by a hotel group. It now stages daily cowboy stunt shows such as mock bank raids and Jesse James reenactments, alongside a swimming complex, an abandoned gold mine, a Western saloon, a children's Fun Barn, and a small zoo, and it was also used as a filming location for the 2012 Doctor Who episode A Town Called Mercy.
