McCormick & Company, Incorporated is an American food company headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland, founded in 1889 by Willoughby McCormick in Baltimore as a spice and flavoring business. It grew into one of the largest producers and marketers of spices, herbs, seasonings and flavorings in the world, selling under its own McCormick brand and other brands including Old Bay and French's.
