Link Real Estate Investment Trust is a Hong Kong-based real estate investment trust headquartered in Hong Kong, listed in 2005 as the first REIT to be listed in Hong Kong, formed from a portfolio of retail and car park properties divested by the Hong Kong Housing Authority. It owns and manages shopping centers, retail and other properties across Hong Kong, mainland China and other Asia-Pacific markets, and is one of the largest REITs in Asia by market capitalization.
