Retail REITs

This group collects Real Estate sector members organized as real estate investment trusts that own and operate shopping centers, malls and other retail property: large regional and national mall operators, grocery-anchored and open-air shopping center owners, and net-lease REITs whose tenant base is substantially retail. This group is kept apart from Diversified REITs, reserved for a REIT whose portfolio spans retail and another property type together.
