Hook Norton Brewery is a regional brewery in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire, England, established in 1849. It operates from a traditional Victorian tower brewery where the brewing process flows by gravity from floor to floor, mashing at the top, boiling in the middle and fermentation and racking at the bottom, and the brewery was steam powered until 2006. The company remains family owned, employs about 50 people, and distributes its beer through supermarkets, off licenses, free houses and a network of 47 tied pubs stretching from Thame to Worcester, still delivering locally by horse drawn dray and running a preserved 1899 steam engine weekly for visitors.
