Holy Cow Casino and Brewery was a locals casino and microbrewery on South Las Vegas Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada. The building had earlier housed Foxys Deli from 1955 and the Foxys Firehouse casino until 1988, before Tom Wiesner reopened it as the Holy Cow casino in 1992 and added a microbrewery the following year, the first to open in Las Vegas after Wiesner persuaded the state to change laws that had barred breweries from operating there.
