Heineken Brasil

Heineken Brasil is the Brazilian subsidiary of the Dutch brewer Heineken, founded on May 28, 2010 and headquartered in Sao Paulo. It produces beer and soft drinks under brands including Kaiser, Brasil Kirin, Glacial, Cintra, Baden Baden, Devassa, Eisenbahn and Amstel, having built its Brazilian operations through the 2010 acquisition of FEMSA's beer business for 3.8 billion euro and the 2017 purchase of Brasil Kirin for 664 million euro, a deal that made it Brazil's second-largest brewer.
