The Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railway is a railroad connecting International Falls and Duluth, Minnesota with Chicago, Illinois over former Wisconsin Central trackage, operating today as a subsidiary of Canadian National Railway. It was incorporated in 1909 by the Canadian Northern Railway, building on construction begun by predecessor companies in 1901, and a company-wide rebranding starting in 1995 largely replaced its own identity with that of its parent.
