DSBFirst was a railway company formed in 2008 as a joint venture between the Danish state railway operator DSB and the British transport group FirstGroup to operate passenger rail franchises in Denmark and Sweden, with FirstGroup holding 25 percent of the Danish operation and stakes of 20 to 30 percent in the Swedish operations. The company was wound down between 2011 and 2012, with its Danish division becoming DSB Oresund and its Swedish operations transferring to Veolia Transport and later Gotalandstag.
